• Developed a total cost model to provide a holistic view of expenses for 10-million-dollar project.
• Analyzed supplier expenditure data and developed charts, enhancing visibility into spreading trends.
• Calculated daily purchase price variance and attended supplier meetings. 

• Developed sales skills through cold calling potential buyers/sellers of commercial properties. 
• Gave two property tours per week in all five boroughs to potential buyers.
• Operated Excel to input and track data for property evaluations.

Graduate student studying supply chain management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Completed undergrad in business management from RPI in May 2024.
