Reilly Boyd

I just completed my sophomore year at the University of Kentucky studying kinesiology. I am in Nashville for the summer and I am hoping to obtain a job working in healthcare with patients while I am here. I am a very dependable, hard worker and I enjoy working with people.

From December of 2019 to November of 2020 I worked at Smoothie king. I made smoothies as well as handled day to day operations with customers and handling deposits or other other important tasks. I worked heavily with customers and customer service and portrayed several communication skills.

Next, I worked at the YMCA as a lifeguard from April of 2021 to May of 2024. Here, I Monitored safety of guests in and around the swimming pool. Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support.

Maximized customer satisfaction by greeting pool patrons with courtesy and resolving issues promptly. Lastly, I worked at Club pilates from January of 2023 to May of 2023. I Increased sales by offering advice on purchases and promoting additional products.

Achieved monthly sales goals by promoting product benefits and enrolling new clients. I Retained excellent client satisfaction ratings through outstanding service delivery.

I am currently enrolled in the University of Kentucky pursuing my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: exercise science. I just completed my sophomore year and will be a junior in August.
