I’m a multi-faceted employee with experience in a variety of business areas and a passion for computers and technology. I have worn many hats but am most proud of my ability to rapidly learn and collaborate in even the most challenging of environments. I bring with me extensive experience in customer service, project management, research, and problem solving.
My interest in technology, paired with a history of teamwork and adaptability has brought me success in every position I’ve held, and has made me point-person for unofficial IT support roles and various special projects throughout my career.
I am currently pivoting to a career in the IT field after many years in various business support roles. I bring with me extensive experience in customer service, database management, research, team collaboration, and problem solving. I have worked directly with clients and core decision-makers at the executive level as well as with support-level staff and employees.
I have a B.S. degree from Pepperdine University in business and management as well as the Google IT Support Certificate which was completed online. I am also currently studying for the CompTIA A+ certification to further advance my knowledge.
