Reinaldo Santana

I am a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with a National Certified Technician (NCT) license and an Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting, bringing over four years of experience in both clinical and radiologic settings. Since starting my medical career in 2021, I have provided skilled, compassionate care while supporting physicians and multidisciplinary teams across a range of specialties.

My background includes specialized work in oncology, hematology, and rheumatology, where I gained extensive experience assisting with treatments, performing diagnostic testing, and supporting patients throughout complex care plans. These experiences helped me develop a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal aspects of patient care.

Currently, I work in an Urgent Care setting, where I earned my NCT certification and perform x-ray imaging in addition to my medical assisting responsibilities. This position has allowed me to expand my scope of practice and enhance my ability to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

In addition to my clinical work, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with the goal of integrating physical and mental health care to promote holistic, patient-centered outcomes. I am committed to continued professional growth and contributing to the advancement of compassionate, evidence-based healthcare.
