I am a driven, ambitious, and highly motivated individual, always striving for personal and professional growth. I take pride in working collaboratively with others and adapting to any field with a strong work ethic and determination. As a dedicated personal trainer, I am passionate about health and fitness, embracing a lifestyle that promotes physical and mental well-being.

I am a quick learner, always eager to take on new challenges. In my free time, I enjoy immersing myself in nature, finding inspiration and balance in the great outdoors.

Throughout my college career, I gained valuable experience interning at a nursing home while also working part-time at Walmart. During each summer break, I took on physically demanding roles in meat packing plants, further developing my work ethic and adaptability. Currently, I work full-time as a sales representative at Ashley Furniture, where I enhance my communication and customer service skills.

Additionally, I work part-time at a gym, allowing me to stay connected to my passion for fitness, and run my own personal training business on the side. My diverse work experience has shaped me into a hardworking, versatile, and goal-driven professional.

I'm close to earning my Bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, majoring in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business. My education has given me a strong foundation in healthcare management, business operations, and leadership. Coupled with my diverse work experience, I have developed the skills to navigate healthcare and business industries effectively.
