I am an IT Professional who started in IT in 2001. I have worked in several sectors which include Healthcare, Large Utility Company, Government, Managed Service provider and Resort industry. I have experience as a Service Desk professional, Systems Administrator for 12+ years and IT Field Service Analyst for a major WorldWide resort managing all IT related infrastructure of 3 resorts throughout SouthEast Florida.

I have experience in Microsoft Operating Systems,both desktop and Server, VmWare, Citrix, SAN and HyperConvergence technology as well as Switch and Firewall Management.

I am an IT Professional that would be an asset to any company in the management of there IT related needs and Management. I work best in High stress and busy environments and am not intimated nor back down from any challenge. I make it a point to keep up with the future of IT by reading various literature and articles related to IT progress. I work well with C Level Executives in managing and supporting there needs.

I am working in Udemy to take IT Management courses and am looking to get my certification in Azure and AWS Cloud certification. My goal is to also attain my ITIL certification.
