About
I’m Richard, and I love building software. My passions are SEO, PageSpeed, and Standardization, and I love teaching them. I also spend time with Mentorship, Documentation, Testing, and Code readability.
As a mentor, I have a track record of helping people to grow in skill and opportunity. And always look beyond my job to learn about its role among the more significant business objectives, staying on top of industry trends, and not just tech.
My current work is at The Muse, and years later, some of my code still runs ads at Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, GQ, The New Yorker, Wired, Everyday Health, and MedPage, among others. I write solid code that’s easy to maintain and works.
