I am an experienced audit, risk, and compliance professional with a strong background in health and human services, compliance oversight, and organizational integrity. Over the course of my career, I have served as a Senior Auditor, Program Compliance & Audit Coordination Director, and Internal Controls and Risk Management Manager, leading teams and initiatives that strengthened accountability, transparency, and ethical operations. My work centers on aligning regulatory requirements with mission, impact, and ensuring systems not only meet standards but also support people and programs effectively.

Beyond my professional roles, I serve as Vice President and Event Organizer for a community-based tabletop gaming nonprofit serving the Austin community, where I facilitate events that build belonging, connection, and engagement across diverse groups. This blend of analytical rigor and community leadership reflects my broader commitment to fostering trust, collaboration, and purpose in every environment I’m part of.
