15 years in managed IT services exposed me to all kinds of problems and errors to overcome. From making initial network designs up to supporting those designs in AD, windows servers, backups, advanced help desk, business software of all kinds, peripherals of all kinds and how to manage customer expectations and lead even the non tech people through to resolving each error/problem presented to me.
Managed IT services for my clients, including hardware, software, and network. Acted as help desk support, all tiers. Helped clients by phone, in person, and remotely (TeamViewer, Anydesk, LogMeIn, RDP). Evaluated networks and suggested upgrades in hardware, software, and configurations. Administered AD, Azure, O365, Sophos Firewall, and all software subscriptions.
Although I have a Bachelors degree, Summa Cum Laude, I have found real life is the best motivator and teacher. Since entering the field I have gotten a CompTia A+, Sophos Central Administrator, Eset Administrator, O365, etc…. Currently I'm starting Python and AWS platform.
