My name is Richard, and I love to make people smile. I have spent many years in the field of both hospitality and customer service. I enjoy working with other energetic and positive people. My ability to multitask while maintaining high standards sets me apart from everyone else. My verbal and written skills are elite. I am also highly proficient with computers and modern software.

I have worked in hospitality both FoH and BoH. I have also worked in customer support and internet repair. Most recently I have been working as a manager at a small retail business while also doing freelance work on the side.

I have High School Diploma and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
