I have been in the medical field since 1985. I have worked for the past six years as field-based care manager but was responsible for liaising with our health plan customer medical leadership for complex care ventilator patients. I have been directly involved with the patients, their families, attending physicians, ancillary hospital staff and health plan UR Nurses and Medical Directors. I have shown throughout my career the ability to work independently with the families, education and patients, exhibiting compassion and patient advocacy.
