Rick Neudorff currently is the Director of Business Continuity & Emergency Management for Insperity.
Previously he was a COVID-19 Private Sector Coordinator at CISA, a position that coordinated with the private sector and external partners with CISA on Infrastructure and supply chain issues. In 2020 Rick served as Senior Advisor for the State of Maryland’s
Business Emergency Operations Center for Covid-19 response. He has also served as a consultant with the US Chamber of Commerce, Premier Inc, In-N-Out Burger and numerous companies on Covid-19 re-opening plans.
From 2014 to 2019, Rick served as Emergency Command Center Manager for Lowes
Companies, Inc. headquartered in Mooresville North Carolina. In that role he coordinated emergency inventory staging throughout the year and overall company execution of emergency events that involved any of their stores. Additionally, he maintained the company relationships with Federal, State and Local Emergency Management Agencies.
He is a graduate of the FEMA EMI Advanced and Executive Emergency Management
Academies. Rick was the 200th graduate of the Executive Academy in 2018. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Dallas and will graduate this December from
Arkansas Tech University with a Masters’ Degree in Emergency Management & Homeland
Security.

Responsible for development, implementation and ongoing management of the Corporate Business Continuity and Crisis and Emergency Management programs. This role collaborates with key stakeholders within the organization to evaluate current processes, systems, and applications to further enhance the business resiliency, emergency preparedness and overall response capabilities of the organization while ultimately minimizing the recovery time of impacted systems and processes post-event.
