Ricky Dua

My name is Ricky Dua. I am from Seattle, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in economics. Before this, I attended NYU and studied journalism, so that shows that I am very fluent in English even compared to other native English speakers.

I have been to Japan many times since I was a child to see family and that has allowed me to become conversational in Japanese, which I hope I can use if necessary to help teach English. I enjoy learning languages, it is a hobby and passion of mine, I currently am a native English speaker, conversational in Japanese and conversational in Chinese. I hope I can spread the joy of learning English to my students!
