Highly experienced Operations Manager and Trainer

I've spent the last 14 years in the mortgage industry starting off in sales and loan origination and eventually in operations and management. I'm detail oriented, highly motivated, and am looking to find a work home where I can grow with the company for years to come.
I spent the first three years of my mortgage career in Sales/Loan Origination so I am very comfortable with that aspect. I eventually moved to Operations and Management where I have spent over 10 years. I've been part of process redesign, training, and creation/implementation of my own manufacturing process.
I have my BA in History from Ohio State and will graduate from Bowling Green with my MBA with a focus in Marketing in the Fall of 2024.
