● Enhanced NetApp Cloud Insights (CI), a Java Spring Boot microservice SaaS used by thousands of ONTAP users overseeing up to 5000 controllers each, creating additional monitoring functionalities and features for Basic subscription users. Increased the total number of supported infrastructure monitors to 76 and workload examples to 30.
● Managed databases, builds, and deployments with Flyway, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, OpenStack, and Kubernetes helm charts.
● Revamped utility libraries and published jars in Maven repositories, enabling seamless adoption by other development teams.
● Developed and delivered a REST API prototype as part of the AIOPS team for thousands of enterprise client data placement requests.
● Ensured quality assurance by creating and implementing 12 extensive Pytest workflows for a Python Django backend.
● Test-Driven Development (TDD) with shallow integration tests using the Mockito framework.
● Successfully refactored 5 microservices repositories, improving code maintainability and enhancing development processes for increased efficiency.
Student Backend Engineer (January 2022–May 2022)
● Developed “Guide As A Service,” a full-stack web application that connects tourists to locals worldwide for convenient and accessible travel.
● Implemented the backend architecture using the Micronaut framework, Oracle SQL, Autonomous Database, Vault, Bucket, GraalVM, Flyway, and JPA. ● Led application deployment in the cloud and conducted rigorous full-stack integration testing, ensuring seamless performance and functionality.
Backend Developer (April 2021–August 2021)
● Developed microservices-based backend utilizing NodeJS, Express, AWS load balancing, and SSL certificates for user authentication, transaction processing, and product rewards program. Achieved consistent monthly user growth of 500 new users.
● Managed end-to-end application CI/CD pipeline using AWS CodeDeploy, Amazon Route 53, and Github. Successfully deployed three services on EC2 instances.
● Designed and optimized MongoDB database to accommodate scalability and efficiently handle thousands of monthly purchases while ensuring optimal data organization.
