With me I bring 20+ years of cooking experience. I have 2 years of salaried management experience under my belt (both Front and Back of the house). I have been an Assistant Kitchen Manager for 4 years. I also have 2 years of hourly management experience (key).I have a strong work ethic and a desire to do things correctly. I have not called in to work in 10 years. I also have over 5 years of working with adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury which has taught me to be more patient. I have been responsible for the safety of others and literally been in life and death situations in both restaurants and as a DSP.
