Overseeing all sources of revenue and expenses for a 230-room hotel with over 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Named General Manager of the Year for all Crowne Plaza Hotels in the Americas for 2014-2015. Won the IHG Torchbearer award for three consecutive years from 2013 through 2015 as the top 5th Crowne Plaza in the Americas for guest satisfaction.
