Robert Jones is currently an independent a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII). With over four years of experience in Flight Training Administration and Airport Operations, he previously held the position as Head of Operations for North-Aire Aviation and continues to work in a part-time role for Airport Operations. Robert studied Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University- Prescott/Worldwide, specializing in Aviation Business Administration.
Originally from the Dallas area, Robert has been inspired to become a professional aviator from a very young age. Coming from a family of music educators, Robert channels his heritage of teaching into his passion for instructing the next generation of aviators, emphasizing real-world based training and professional development. Robert aspires to eventually fly as a Corporate Pilot for a Part 91 or 135 operator, while also developing a career in Aircraft Brokerage & Sales.
When he’s not in the right seat instructing, Robert can be found outside in beautiful Northern Arizona enjoying hobbies such as hiking, golfing, snowboarding, and wake surfing, in addition to being an avid hockey and football fan.
