I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(LMFT). I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development at Cornell University. I am a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
I am passionate about empowering individuals whose needs are often overshadowed or misunderstood due to historical and ongoing sociocultural issues. In particular, I enjoy working with fathers and the diaspora community as they navigate the intersection of culture, identity, and relationships. I also provide consultations for recent graduates and healers dealing with burnout and relational difficulties.
