I start by scraping off any food particles and giving each item a quick rinse before placing them in the sink or dishwasher. I wash everything in an organized order: glassware and plates first, then utensils, and finally pots and pans to maintain the quality of the cleaning water and maximize efficiency. I handle all items carefully, especially fragile ones, to avoid any damage.

I’m quick but thorough, always double-checking that items are spotless before they’re set out to dry or put back into circulation. After the dishes are done, I clean up my station, wiping down sinks, counters, and any equipment used. This attention to detail helps me maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ready for the next rush.
