Roberto Willis

Hello, my name is Roberto Heath. I am 25 years old. I have been in the Customer Service field for about 3+ years. I love interacting with customers and tending to their needs and inquiries. I am passionate about what I do and assisting others as well. I have worked in several call centers and in an Immigration Law Firm as well. I am available to work right away and find Myself in Munster, Indiana.

I have worked in several different Customer Service roles both on site and remote. I have worked at Russel Stover's and at Sterilite Corporation as a Floor Operator; in which I assured that the accuracy and quality of the products were compliant with the requirements set by the Factories. I worked for a Call centered called Ibex for a campaign from Lyft as well as for a Immigration Law firm. In which I made sure on a daily basis that every interaction with Customers we up to the Metrics and Customer satisfaction. In this role I learned to handle intense and demanding customers that were not satisfied with the Company by deescalating the conversation in a professional manner and giving a satisfactory resolution by the end of the interaction.

My current Education Level is a high school diploma.
