I am a seasoned retail and supply chain executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across globally recognized brands including New Balance, Target, The North Face, Charming Charlie, and Under Armour. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-performing teams and multimillion-dollar operations, specializing in allocation, replenishment, segmentation, and logistics across both Full Price and Outlet channels.
At New Balance, I currently oversee Allocation & Logistics for North America, where I drive inventory flow, capacity planning, and KPI performance across diverse retail networks. At Target, I led segmentation strategy for the $16B Hardlines business, delivering customer-centric insights and implementing enterprise-wide allocation systems that improved localization and market share.
Previously, I directed store planning and replenishment for The North Face and Charming Charlie, managing businesses exceeding $500M in annual revenue. I introduced advanced forecasting models, store clustering, and capacity frameworks that significantly improved inventory turns and margin performance.
I’m known for aligning cross-functional teams, implementing cutting-edge retail technologies (JDA, SAP, APTOS, Domo, Circana), and building inclusive, high-impact teams. My leadership consistently drives operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and bottom-line growth.
