Roger Bakke

I am Roger Bakke, and a word that would describe me is passionate. When I believe in something I do whatever it takes to get the work done. I come up with the best path to success. I am an excellent communicator, understand the relevance of technology and I am not afraid to use it AND grow in it.

I also believe in the idea that I want to be better at what I do that the day before, finding ways to do that. I am a team player, charismatic, great interpersonal communicator, and I believe the best ideas can happen within a hive mind.
