As an award-winning writer, I successfully lead and contributed to creative teams within extremely fast-
paced environments, covering every aspect of story development from concept to post-production. I easily collaborated with other teams, from the special effects/VFX departments to the on-set directors and actors. Leaders, directors, and individual contributors looked to me as the consistent voice for the shows, making sure that we stayed true to the characters, story lines, and fantastical worlds that we developed.
I’ve been fortunate to dive into creative writing and storytelling agnostic of the medium and across multiple genres. From horror to romance and sci-fi to Westerns, I easily grasp the concepts that appeal to each divergent audience. With experience ranging from Disney Branded TV and ABC Family to decidedly adult content for NBC, I understand the key factors with ratings while still pushing the envelope to maintain an edgy appeal.
