This is my personal mission statement as a former youth minister I have learned to meet people where they are in life. As a motivational speaker I have the skill set to mirror my audience.

Fortunately, and unfortunately, I have pretty much been the only African American in leadership at all my places of employment. My goal is to change this.

I believe this country, this city and this university should strive to mirror its audience, in this case all students need to see and hear from people who look like them and people who don’t.

Running a successful business and teaching primarily Business Law for many years I can relate to a diverse community and bring value to the team.
