After almost 8 years as an automotive manufacturing associate and forklift operator, I went to college and received my B.S. in Behavioral Psychology and now work as a psychiatric technician. As a psych-tech, I manage and facilitate treatment for up to 10 patients at a time. I am now seeking management positions as I enjoy applying my psychology knowledge and organizational skills to guiding excellent results for both the individuals and the company.
I believe with the right attitude and guidance; safety and efficiency can be possible within any team of people and be an enjoyable goal that employees strive towards.
I worked as a manufacturing associate for 8 years, and have since worked in the field of behavior analysis learning how to change behaviors of those with autism, substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and those with lifestyles that they wish to change.
I have a bachelors of science in Psychology: behavioral science.
