I believe people are carriers of physical, generational, environmental, and individual pain and as a future therapist, I want to help people transition into a pain-free life and walk step by step to see them gain their independence, and happiness and knock down various obstacles that come their way. I'm passionate about the mental health of others and as an enthusiastic behavioral therapist, in training, I believe our negative inner thoughts can overpower feelings, behaviors, and ambitions.
