Roxanne Reeves

While the key qualities of a supervisor are vast and countless, I emphasize leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and empathy when I guide a team. I do my best to provide clear guidance to properly motivate the team and foster a culture of collaboration.

I have been in the warehouse/ manufacturing industry for over 13 years. Most of those years being in a leadership role.

I have a high school diploma.
