Hello! I'm Rachel Zhu, currently a student at Westwood High School. As a high school student, I've developed a strong work ethic and a passion for learning, and I believe that this place is the perfect place for me to further develop my skills.

I'm an outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people. Being fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English also allows me to have more opportunities to connect with different customers from different ethnic groups.

I am a fast learner, always wanting to take on new challenges and adapt to different situations.

I have passion for doing my job to help people. I'm particularly excited about the prospect of contributing my language abilities to improve customer’s experience.

I look forward to the skill development that comes with working at the challenges and wish that my outgoing nature will be an asset to the team.
