I am a Safety Director with experience in managing risk and safety programs for a region of five states. My job was to develop, review, and evaluate these programs. I regularly participated in construction safety with plan reviews, training, and site walks during construction.
In my region, I managed programs such as irrigation, power generation, detention centers, forestry, wildland fire teams, wild life wranglers, fire towers, welding operations, herbicide application, remote helicopter pads, heavy equipment, all terrain vehicles, fork lift certification, road repair and winter plowing operations.
I have experience in vehicle fabrication/ manufacturing, hospital programs, law enforcement activities (including ranges), structure fire fighting, and have an active fire inspector I certification.
