Previously, I served as a Medical Records Specialist and Medical Receptionist, where I gained deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical documentation, and patient service. My ability to manage sensitive information, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and support both clinical and community-facing work reflects my commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes for all.

I hold a High School Diploma and am a certified Community Health Worker, with specialized training in Trauma-Informed Care and Suicide Prevention.
