About

Dedicated and compassionate social work graduate student with experience supporting children and adolescents in school and behavioral health settings. Strong background in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation support, psychoeducational groups, and youth advocacy through internship experiences at The Village Network and volunteer experience within elementary schools. Experienced working with both adolescents and younger children ages 4–5 in group and individual settings.

Passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral development while creating safe and supportive environments that help children succeed academically and personally. I am expecting to earn a Master of Social Work degree in August 2026.

Consistent Presence: Able to remain physically and emotionally stable to help residents have a supportive figure and regulate themselves more easily.
Build Rapport: I learned to bring myself down to the younger residents' level as I cooked with them, played sports and board games, and communicated with mutual respect, helping them feel safe and grow as individuals.
Redirect Negative Perspectives: Dealt with many residents who had negative perspectives in their daily lives and redirected them by giving them positive feedback on the goals they had reached and the ones they were working towards.
