Through Vous Church’s leadership program, Vous College, I had the opportunity to sit in classes taught by our lead pastors, learn about ministry through the marketplace, and work directly with the Production Director. I learned how to implement best practices for audio quality in our different locations, as well as the traits and qualities of what it takes to be a leader in ministry. Upon graduation, I received the Vous Value Award for “Servant Leadership is Our Identity."
