I'm currently enrolled in Savannah Technical College for Phlebotomy and Medical Office Assisting. My current full-time role is at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah for approximately a year as a Newborn Hearing Screener. I am very detail-oriented and passionate about my patients as well as my studies.
I'm proud to say that I'm working with Pediatrix Medical Group at Memorial Hospital in Savannah for about a year. I have the opportunity to work with newborns both in well-born and in NICU to screen for hearing loss.
My education thus far as comprised of medical terminology, HIPPA regulations, CPR/BLS certifications, and various courses within and around the medical fields I'm enrolled in. Currently, I have about another year to go before my graduation and I expect to start my clinical hours for Phlebotomy next semester.
