geographically separated installations with over 7 million square feet of buildings),
proposing projects and maintenance corrective actions to improve operations.
Lead the technical review and implementation of a $25M Energy Savings
Performance Contract (ESPC), expected to reduce annual energy consumption by
10% by 2024.
Successfully secured a $2M increase in the ESPC scope through the Department of
Energy's AFFECT grant program.
Assist with the Installation Energy & Water Plan (IEWP) and development of Energy
Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects to address critical vulnerabilities.
Create energy awareness materials for the community and deliver energy conservation briefings to incoming soldiers.
Analyze advanced meter data and utility billing, identifying and correcting anomalies.
Provided analysis for a 2023 utility relief program that secured over $1.8M in heating incentives and $500K in electrical incentives.
