I am a CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ Certified professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Network Security and solid experience in technical support. Currently, I manage the needs of commercial and office clients by installing and maintaining network infrastructure and providing on-site and remote assistance with network, system, software, and hardware issues. Throughout the years, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the most common problems affecting operating systems, computer networks, and devices, which enables me to quickly pinpoint root cause and restore functionality.
In addition, I have repeatedly demonstrated my talent for setting up computers, laptops, peripherals, and IoT devices and deploying operating systems along with key software packages.
