Born and raised in Worcester, MA. Thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail after high school, igniting a lifelong passion for nature and the outdoors. Attended college and obtained a license to teach English. Over the following years spent most summers hiking, completing treks such as the Continental Divide Trail, Pacific Northwest Trail, and many more, returning home as winter approached to teach for Worcester Public Schools.
Eventually transitioned from teaching to managing a regenerative, no-till farm in Mass where he had been living and working part-time. Profound love for both the natural world and education bring him to Camp Glen Brook as the Farm Manager.
5 years running diverse regenerative no-till farms. Previous experience as a special education teacher in the public school system.
