As Multimedia Production Director and Engineer, I lead the planning, production, and technical execution of all live, hybrid, and on-demand educational broadcasts for ALI CLE. My role integrates strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure seamless delivery, brand consistency, and continuous innovation across all media operations.
I oversee the full production lifecycle—from concept through transmission and post-production—managing both in-studio and remote events averaging 250 broadcasts annually. This includes directing live multi-camera productions using vMix, NewTek Tricaster, NDI Tools, OBS, and other broadcast systems, while maintaining optimal signal quality, redundancy, and reliability across platforms.
Beyond production execution, I design and implement scalable A/V workflows that streamline processes, reduce costs, and future-proof infrastructure. My leadership in standardizing systems and training staff and contractors has improved efficiency across departments and contributed to a $19K annual reduction in operating expenses.
Collaboration is central to my approach. I work closely with marketing, communications, and content teams to align creative goals with technical strategy, ensuring productions reinforce organizational messaging and meet audience expectations. Additionally, I oversee cross-departmental troubleshooting, manage vendor relationships, maintain studio infrastructure, and guide technology purchasing decisions to support long-term operational excellence.
