Currently I am working in collaboration with Power America on application of the medium voltage (10kV) Wide Bandgap devices in the sector of grid integration and power conditioning. I am also working on the series connection of the 1.7 kV MOSFETs using active voltage balancing to achieve medium voltage (MV) level. My specialty lies in the sector of Gate drive design, Power converter design and High Frequency (HF) Medium voltage Magnetics.
