I have accumulated six years and seventeen months of professional experience in property management, serving primarily as a seasonal manager with responsibilities spanning HUD-regulated, LIHTC, and conventional housing environments. Throughout this period, I have maintained a consistent focus on regulatory compliance, tenant relations, and operational efficiency, ensuring that each property met program requirements, quality standards, and peak-season performance expectations.
My experience includes managing leasing activities, coordinating renewals, verifying eligibility, and maintaining documentation in accordance with HUD guidelines, LIHTC regulations, and standard market-rate procedures. I have conducted annual recertifications, processed income and asset verifications, maintained accurate resident files, and ensured adherence to Fair Housing laws and program-specific reporting standards. I have also monitored rent structures, utility allowances, and compliance deadlines to support successful audits, inspections, and agency reviews.
Operationally, I have overseen day-to-day property functions including maintenance coordination, unit inspections, seasonal turnover management, and vendor communication. I have managed reservation and occupancy schedules, responded to routine and emergency service needs, supervised cleaning and unit preparation, and ensured that property safety, curb appeal, and habitability standards were consistently met. My role has also included budget tracking for seasonal operations, monitoring expenses, managing supply inventories, and supporting efficient cost control measures.
Across HUD, LIHTC, and conventional portfolios, I have prioritized transparent communication with residents, staff, and ownership, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and upholding a professional presence during high-demand periods.
