I'm a charismatic and dependable customer service expert with strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. My attitude can soften the most rigid people, and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of winning them over. My experience in the service industry has taught me a great deal of patience and tact when working with clients in any customer service setting, and the years as an account Manager added the technical skills necessary for a customer service representative.

I have 8 years of experience as a server, with 2 of those as a supervisor. I managed affiliate accounts for a CPA network for 6 years, bringing significant growth to the network shortly after joining the team.

After graduation, I attended the University of North Georgia for two years, receiving credit for many core classes.
