I am a residency-trained Clinical Pharmacist. I have completed my training within the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical System and strive to continue to help special populations alike. I have experience solo staffing in operations, ambulatory care (as a CPP), ICUs, retail, and discharge pharmacy.
I value interprofessional teams where pharmacy can serve as a medication expert. Throughout training, I have gained experience in pharmacokinetic dosing/monitoring of medications such as vancomycin, anticoagulation management, prior authorization and formulary reviews, order set design, and policy review.
