I’m a highly experienced and dependable hospitality professional with a background in front desk service, customer support, restaurant management, event setup, cleaning, and warehouse logistics. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked in retail, hotels, courts, restaurants, and large-scale conventions—developing strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, and event setup. I’ve worked front desk roles, managed restaurants and retail stores, set up large-scale trade shows, and handled everything from customer care to warehouse logistics. My background includes managing staff, solving problems quickly, organizing inventory, and providing consistent, high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
During my sophomore year, I attended two high schools and enrolled in evening college courses at a Maricopa Community College to accelerate my education. This allowed me to earn my high school diploma early and continue directly into college. I later earned an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting (2007) and an Associate of Arts in Psychology (2010), along with certifications in food handling and liquor service.
