I have the ability to aid clients in reaching their goals while balancing the fast paced environment of the acute care setting. Prioritizing tasks, completing them, and communicating with families and medical professionals is a skill that I am strong in. Creating meaningful relationships within the hospital setting or with clients in crisis is my passion.
I am currently working in a level one trauma center aiding patients to ensure safe discharge. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team and sharing progress towards patients discharge plans are a key aspect of my role. I also find great job satisfaction in aiding clients in crisis situations locate resources to aid them in being successful.
