As a personal assistant, my primary goal is to make your life easier and more efficient. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support. I am highly skilled in anticipating your needs and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
I am a strong communicator and can handle a wide range of tasks with ease, including managing meetings, drafting documents, and conducting research. Above all, my priority is to ensure that you have more time to focus on what matters most to you, whether that be your business, family, or your personal life. I am a reliable and trustworthy personal assistant, and I am committed to providing you with the support you need to achieve anything!
With multiple years in an extremely unique working environment, I am very lucky to say I stand out from my peers. My college experience involved collaborating with a touring music outreach program. While teaching kids music, I was also responsible for setting up and taking down parts of our touring stage setup, vocally warming up and teaching the cast of 40 others touring with me, meeting and living with new families every three days, and performing live every day in front of up to 3000 people.
Being on the road with limited supplies and people to lean on, I became self-sufficient and self-reliant. Since then, I have received praise for my outstanding work ethic, prioritization, and organization at every job I've worked.
The first job I acquired after college was that of a Production Assistant on a set of 350 people. Within a week of being on set, I was promoted to a craft services assistant. This type of promotion for a green PA on set is almost unheard of, but my initiative actions to constantly find something to do or make something better made it a breeze for me.
Another example of my unique work ethic is when I was working at a production company in October 2022 who was struggling financially due to the current state of the economy. The executives had to make a tough decision and let go of many people within our office. Although I did not have the most seniority in my position, my boss chose to keep me over everyone else, including my coworker who had worked at this company for over a year longer than I had.
He later told me it was without question for him to make that decision as my commitment to making everything as efficient and easy as possible is unmatched.
With the college that I toured with, I earned an AA degree while on the road. I spent the first year with them on campus in Southern California, preparing for my time on the road. In order to be ready for any and all scenarios while being out in the world, I had to take a large array of classes, giving me diversity in my breadth of knowledge.
I took classes having to do with psychology, sociology, and teaching methods to classes that were focused more towards performance. Having this much variety in education has rounded out my knowledge, in collaboration with traveling the world. Getting to experience day to day life with people who are native to the places I had traveled is without a doubt the most unique experience I've encountered to date.
I don't know anyone, outside of the peers I was travelling with, who can say they had the opportunity to experience what life is like in multiple other countries for an extended period of time. The countries I traveled to with my school were Germany, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan for the longest amount of time at six months. I use the knowledge I gained in every one of these places with me in my day to day life.
I truly have no idea what life would have looked like for me, had I not had these experiences.
