Scott Barbour

I've been recruiting finance & accounting professionals in the Southern California marketplace for more than two decades. I provide interim and permanent placement staffing support to a diverse range of clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, and technology. Many of my candidates possess advanced credentials such as CPA & MBA.

As a recruiter, my strength is providing clients with actively recruited candidates who are difficult to find through traditional channels such as online job boards. These "Top 10%" candidates are usually not actively looking and need to be identified through direct sourcing and professional relationship cultivation.
