Created standard work instructions for various pieces of equipment to better monitor performance and obsolescence of equipment. Facilities Management for the entire plant site including capital and maintenance projects. This includes submitting projects, scope preparation, construction management,
working with outside contractors, etc. Responsible for purchasing all maintenance materials and equipment including rentals. Hiring of employees and employee evaluations. Manage Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Responsible for all operations and engineering of truck bodies, lift trucks, coolers and custom fabrication. This includes purchasing of all materials for manufacturing, bidding, and vendor evaluation. Facilities
Management for the entire plant site including capital and maintenance projects. Hiring of employees and employee evaluations. Manage Lean
Manufacturing initiatives and reduced man hours on one line 50%.

Responsible for all phases of construction on various projects including,
scope and specification preparation, bidding, bid analysis, award and monitoring of the construction process through completion including change orders requested by the owner as well as changes deemed necessary through the construction process. Collaborated with Inspectors and fire marshals to meet city, state and federal guidelines regarding all regulations associated with the construction projects. Originated specifications for the City of Euharlee projects including Joe Cowan Park,
Nature Trail Pavilion and Old Mill Restoration Projects. Most recent project produced a return of twenty eight percent.
