I’m a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with over a decade of experience in campaign management, CRM optimization, PR, onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional project execution across the mortgage and real estate industries. In my current role as Senior Marketing Director at Evergreen Home Loans, I lead enterprise-level CRM, automation and marketing initiatives within the mortgage industry. Overall, driving stronger customer engagement, cleaner data systems, and more effective lead conversion processes that ultimately do just that, convert into actual funding.
I specialize in bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and operations through design, performance analytics, and automation that actually works in the real world. My focus is always on creating scalable, efficient systems that make teams more connected, informed, and empowered to deliver results.
I spent my undergraduate education in Business and Marketing, with a focus on communications, brand development, and organizational strategy. I’ve continued expanding my education through professional certifications and ongoing coursework in project management, automation systems, and digital marketing — including advanced CRM and workflow design training through different CRM softwares.
Currently, I’m pursuing additional certifications to strengthen my expertise in marketing operations, process automation, and technology-driven business strategy.
