With a highly positive energy, I am deeply motivated to support others' personal journeys. As a school age teacher, I am experienced working alongside families to monitor children’s development while maintaining open communication with parents to ensure their needs are met. I am experienced in providing emotional and social support,and documenting interactions through my roles as a Peer Mentor for first-generation college students and as a Help Line Volunteer with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
As a former Orientation Leader I developed strong relationships with students by creating a welcoming environment and collaborating with staff to provide resources, and support to a diverse population.
