I am interested in an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk position with your company. I have a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Columbia College and previous Help Desk experience with Dell, where I supported employees with hardware and software issues, configured workstations, and helped troubleshoot technical problems.
